How TyreSense™ Works
The TyreSense System monitors the actual temperature and pressure inside the tire chamber. Using a sensor screwed directly into the wheel/rim the system will wirelessly monitor and transmit real time pressures and temperatures to a display unit in the cab, to dispatch via fleet management systems or downloaded to a PDA.
Each sensor is tracked via serial number. Alerts for high/low temperatures and pressures are set by the customer. All alerts are recorded in data logs downloaded at the customers convenience through a handheld PDA or PC.
The TyreSense system offers you the privacy of reviewing the recorded data on your tire's history before determining what action if any to take.
TyreSense HeadUnit
TyreSense onboard monitor displays all relevant information on a selected wheel position within a single viewing screen. The system is user friendly and does not require multiple actions like other systems. Operators can view tire pressure and temperatures while real time data is being recorded.

The TyreSense head unit has a two-level alert system. The first alert (level one) will notify an operator of a potential problem. The LCD alert bar will illuminate and highlight the wheel position on the display screen. An audiable alert (level two) will be triggered if the condition requires immediate attention.
